High KH and calcium

My KH is 15 and my calcium is 600, What should they be and how do i fix it?

What are you adding to your tank?

More than likely your dosing too much, but there could be other reasons.  Make sure your using a good test kit too.

I am adding calcium, iodine,reef builder (purple up) and reef snow.

First off ...what salt are you using ?

With what you have in your tank you may not need to be adding calcium and iodine (I never add iodine because there is not a way to test for it easily. My choice only and you will have to make your own decision on this)

I would STOP :) the purple up. IMO it is worthless.

Go real easy on the marine snow A little goes a long way and a little too much will cause your excess nutrients to go crazy.
