Broken Torch

I was re-aquascaping my tank, trying to get corals up closer to the light.  I have a Torch that originally had 5 heads on it, it's down to 3 now.  Well, when I moved it up higher and trying to stick it in a hole in the rock, one of the branches broke off, of course it was one with a live part on it.  I stuck the broken one in a hole in the rock, will it be alright?

Oh good ...  That was one of the first corals I bought.  I would feel horrible if I killed it.
