Sounds like a great stock list.  What kind of coral have you started with?

Question for the members. Should I upgrade to led lights or stick with my current set up. Not sure which is best for coral growth,

Well you have to decide what type of corals you want to have.   The LPS and soft coral that you have in your tank today require much less light.   The 400w halides that you have are way too much power for them.   If you want to keep SPS, then the 400w Halides are a good setup.  10k bulbs and actinic lighting from the T5 is good coral growth setup.

The conversion to LED is more about personal preference.   If you have a heat problem, and are trying to avoid chillers, that is one reason many decide to make the switch.  If you decide to do LED,  But even then you have to decide how much LED light you need for the inhabitants.

thanks for the info Wall_Tank. I've never had a problem with heat from my lights, tank has never been over 80 degrees. Right now just trying soft and LPS to see how it goes, if they do well i'll invest in some SPS. Just ordered a bunch of Acans, polyps, Leptastrea, and a Chalice. A lot of money wish me luck.
