Maxspect gyre 150

I have a 4 month old maxspect gyre 150 I'd like to sell for 225 or trade for 2 of the jebao RW-15 pumps and 100 dollars on your end. Still has the brand new replacement impellers that come with it. Interested,  how low of flow can these be turned down to? I have a 140 but have fine sand so dont want sand everywhere
