Any electrical people out there

I got a bunch of blue 3v leds. i need to know what size resistors i need to be able to run it with 12v.  thanks

There is a website that has a calculator to determine the resistor size based on input voltage. Let me see if I can find it.

You need to know input voltage, LED voltage and LED current rating.
