Klein's causing problems
« on: February 17, 2010, 16:02:59 »
This is a new problem for me.

I've had the Klein's butterfly for a couple months and of course it demolished all aiptasia in the tank - +1 for the Klein's.

Today, I got some new coral frags.  He is after the acanthastrea with a vengeance!!  So far that's the only coral he's attacking, but geez, now what?  Can he kill it quickly?  What would you do?

Rider, you won't want it.  This morning I came down and I am afraid the Klein's has indeed picked it to death.  It's all the way to the skeleton.  I just pulled the frag out and set it in a glass cup inside the tank so he can't reach it, but I think he's destroyed it.

Anyone want a nice Klein's for say, about $45?
