If I had to guess, you have a dimmable driver, and you are not providing a dimming signal.

Post up a photo of everything, make sure we can see the model numbers of what you are using.

<edit>  You posted while I was typing, your not supplying a zero (dark) to 10 volt(Full) dimming signal to the driver.

What is your power source for the pots?    The input signal for the dimming is very low power, you can supply 2 drivers from the same pot.

One word of warning, with 12 LED's on those drivers you can way overpower them......make sure you have tuned them, so you know that when you turn the pot all of the way up, your not going over the 1000ma.   I would recommend not going above about 800, unless you have really good cooling.

Did you not get the documentation that showed the wiring diamgram? do you have a dimmer in series?

You'll be fine, just connect the white wires from your drivers to the negative or common terminal of your power supply.   Then connect the +10vdc to your pots, then the blue wires from the drivers to the other side of the pots.

The wiring instructions for your kit are here.

+1 Wall, make sure you turn the POT all the way down so you can be sure that you wont blow the LEDs.

If i am understanding this correctly, you want to branch two strips of Blue LEDs from one POT? I think that you need a POT for each driver, not sure as i dont use drivers, but a POT is a variable resistor and it dissipates electricity via heat. So if its dissipating an electrical current for twice the load, i would think that you would have to turn the POT 2x as far to get the same effect as you would the single POT for the white, right?

That is not how these drivers work, there is almost no load on the dimming input.  You should be just fine driving 2 dimming inputs from one POT.  Of course they will have the same brightness.

I have run 4 drivers of of one pot. You just split the dimming control pos(blue) and neg ( white ) to go to each driver that you want contolled of off that pot. Tyen do the same with the other color....
Your 10vdc power supply can be split to run both pots. Just runa jumper off the the neg and pos of the transformer to each pot then run your blues and whites and splic in all drivers on that circuit......Make sense??

Hmm,  Sounds like you got the terminals crossed on the Pot for the white.    Check the voltage on the dimming input to the whites.

Just check to make sure you have the blue wire on the positive voltage out of the pot.   You really need a volt meter.
