Vermetid snails

I have tons of vermitid snails probly 5-10 per square inch and a few people said the only way to get rid of them for good is to boil thenrocks but would this destroy alot of my algae and beneficial bacteria

Try to smash as many as you can. You can also try to put some epoxy on them.

i had a few and i took a hammer and a busted them off the rock i have seen a few where i coulnt get the rock out so what i did was put a niddle full of kalk in the tube  so far it worked
