Brian, why are you selling?

The truth is, I'm scaling down on a lot of things right now due to time and financial priorities. While I really love this tank and would prefer to hold onto it until I'm ready to get it wet, it's taking up space that I need in the garage, extra cash is always good, and I would like to see this tank doing what it was meant to do, and bringing someone else joy. What are the dimensions on the tank?

Roughly 4ft x 2ft x 2ft. The stand adds I believe another foot on the left.  That extra section could be removed without impacting structural integrity, if someone were so inclined.

I'll try to remember to see hire much is there and let you know.  Was hoping to sell it as a single unit with sand included as a freebee, but money is money . I'm open to reasonable offers, too
