I can confirm that the stand is extremely well built.  If you don't like the color, a quick sand and paint job would be all it needs.  The tank is in fact brand new and has never seen water.  It is not drilled so you can do whatever kind of overflow you want (ghost overflow is my preference  :) ).  It truly is a great deal!!

Don't worry people he isnt getting out of the hobby, only planning for a larger future build (can't wait to see that).

It isn't drilled currently but I can drill it to accommodate your needs.
