The kelloggi generally go for about for about 46.00, the erectus about 70.00, My supplier has a great deal on them this week, so  I would be able to knock about 15.00 off the price.

None of the above mentioned are Dwarf Seahorses. Hippocampus zosterae is the dwarf seahorse. They are indigenous to Florida and most of the Caribbean. They are also much cheaper than listed above, last time I had them they sold for 12 bucks a pop, probably a little more now but not much.
