changing ballast

Today I plan on hooking up my new e ballast and take the magnetic ones off. So to be clear all I need to do is cut the wires and splice the wires to the new ballast wires. And yes I know unplug it first. Thanks larry

yup i would check all the wires to make sure none of them are cracked or worn
