Over two months ago, I ordered some cheap PC lights from them, I didnt need them right away so I took them out of the boxes and set them in a corner. I put them to use about a month later when I realized that one of the bulbs had a hairline crack on the end so I just figured ooh well, could have been my fault, could have been theirs. I sent them an email last night after seeing they had a couple ballasts I needed and asked if it was possible to get a replacement under these extreme circumstances (2.5 months after I ordered the bulbs). Today I had a UPS shipment notification and an email saying they would send me out a new one. It surprised me that they shipped one out to me even though I hadn't even placed an order yet. This is the first time i've had anything like this happen with an online company- keepers in my book!
