Ceramic Tile
« on: October 26, 2010, 16:37:09 »
I'm going to be doing a 12 X 24 kitchen in ceramic tile and was wandering if any of you in the Dayton area could tell me who has the best prices and selection of tile in the area excluding Lowes, Home Depot and Menards?
Don't want to be running all over in my rural area looking at non instock samples.
Thanks

"A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky dangerous animals and you know it. Fifteen hundred years ago everybody knew the Earth was the center of the universe. Five hundred years ago, everybody knew the Earth was flat, and fifteen minutes ago, you knew that humans were alone on this planet. Imagine what you'll know tomorrow."   < K >

It's called The Tile Shop its located 271 East Alex Bell Road Centerville, OH 45459 (937) 433-4522

I got the tile for my back splash there, they are very helpful.  I thought their prices were a little high but once I added up everything is was going to be close to the same price Lowe's was charging plus you actually get help there and I liked the tile better.

We have some extra tile.... if you like it & we have enough I am sure the other half would sell it pretty cheap.

I forget who we used for the tile, a distributor west of the Dayton Mall...... much better then the big box tile stores :)

I can get the name if interested & also get a pic & how much tile we have.

Florida Tile is Behind the Dayton Mall on lyons rd.

Floorco is west of the Dayton Mall in Miamisburg on Alex Road.

I bought all my travertine from Floorco. Was not the cheapest in town but was better quality than what was at the hardware stores (lowes, home depot, etc.)
