I'm looking to start a fuge. Do the stock tanks have overflow bulkheads or other attachments to facilitate construction?

I installed 2 bulkheads in them RO facilitate overflow already. They are on either end. There is one with a hole near the bottom on the side wall. You could run a 90 off that and create a stand pipe.
