I was fortunate to get a Hot Pink Goniopora with blue base from Blazinreef some time back. I always liked it when I went to visit. When he decided to retire his reef tank he gave me a call. Although reluctant due to survivability of this species the color was out of site so I took a chance. He told me he had it for quite some time and I could see it had begun to encrusted on his rock which is really rare for Goniopora. I have had it now since February and the newness of it has never been out grown. It is a shorter style polyp with extension only a little over an inch. When I bought it I removed a few pieces and put in my frag tank. All the cuttings have survived and although very slow have healed back-over the cut ends of the skeleton. I took a picture tonight of one of the small pieces and just wanted to share it with the group.

You can't see much of it here but this one is in the display and under 20k lighting
