Anyone have any experience with a successful way of removal?

Do you have a lot or just on a rock or 2?

Yes, just on one rock. I have roughly a bakers dozen that are comfortably nestled in a clump of equally annoying bubble algae.

Not sure I have a pot big enough to boil the rock in! Lol That would also mean disassembling most of my aquascaping   :o any other methods?

LOL ... I understand.

These can be some nasty little buggers if they spread. And they will IMO.

I've read of SOME success by covering them with aqua epoxy and putting a shell or something over that.

Hope someone chimes in with other ideas for ya
