lots of bristle worms

i have alot of bristle worms in my refuge ,is this a good or bad thing?

If there are a bunch of worms, then there is a bunch of food for them to eat.  For the most part they are harmless.   You can remove them if there is too many, but they will come back if there is a food source for them to eat and multiply
