errrrrrrrrrrr HELP?

Ok so i bought this gorgeous GBTA a little over a week ago and my wife has since found out that you can hand feed it krill all fine and dandy but she thinks she needs to feed this thing like 3 pieces of it a day every day is this good bad any idea if what she is doing is good or bad for it cause im new to this and yeah please help.

Lol up late? This shouldn't hurt it, however it can lead to excess waste in the tank as the anemone is bound t release it... 2-3 times a week should not be harmful at all though while it is young...imo. you can cut back a little as it gets older if you wish.

yeah i only sleep about 2-3 hrs a night and i usually fall asleep around 4-4:30. and thanks for the info just seemed a little much for me i mean at first she didnt want me to start the hobby and know that i have started it she has wanted to turn the whole house into an aquarium so i let her get some things and i dont want to keep her from not enjoyin it but in the process i would rather have my tank be healthy and not crash than a happy wife. LOL

Generally, the rule of thomb as it's been explained to me is that an anemone will put out as much waste as several fish.

Agreed, a regularly fed anemone will shed easily as much waste as a couple fish... over feed and your just going to amplify that... what goes in must come out :)

ok thanks guys well i guess she can keep feeding him then she wants him to get big and we heard that if you hand feed them they get bigger faster

It also depends on what you feed em, but yeah target feeding in general will make anything bigger :) Lets see some pics :)
