I have a frag of Xenia.. and its attached its side to a rock and appears to be coming off the frag... is this normal??

yes, it could be splitting (growing) into another one.

yes it could be moveing to another place in the tank that it likes better

I thought xenia was going to be an easy coral, but my 3 frags i've replaced so many times to where I dunno where else to put them.. they're all finally somewhere that they are getting bigger, but jeez... I still want more frags of it as xenia is prolly one of my fav soft corals..
