PM Pop up?

My PM's won't pop up.  When I get a PM I have to scroll down to read it.  When I click on the link it does nothing and doesn't show the PM as read until I respond to it.  What do I need to change to fix this?

Go to my messages and change settings.

I did that.  It's set like the old one was but it still doesn't scroll up to the new message.  I even pulled up the old theme and checked the settings and it worked fine.  Came back to the new theme, same settings and it doesn't scroll the new message up.  No biggie, just a PITA.  Oh well, in the scheme of life I have nothing to complain about!

When you click on the message in the list at the top the page scrolls down to the actual message. It's not doing it on my computer(s) either. Possibly a theme issue?

Oh I gotcha when you click on the subject of the message it doesn't move you to the message. I tried it with google chrome and IE8 and it works okay.

Hmmmm, I'm running IE8 (at least I think I am)

I'm running IE8 on all the computers I use and it doesn't work on any of them.
