Sump pump, Protein skimmer, RO Unit, Auto Top off, powerhead

I am looking for everything listed above. The pump I am looking for is Rio Plus 2100 Aqua Pump 692 GPH or something similar. I also need a power head and I am looking for one that will do about 1000GPH. I need a protein skimmer that will work for a 72 gallon bow front tank with a 20 gallon sump, an auto top off for the same tank and an RO unit. I need to find these at the cheapest possible prices because I don't have much money left to get everything I need for this upgrade.
