Not sure of the output you are wanting from T-5's or length, but here are a couple from one of our sponsors.  Additionally, sometimes Aquarium's Etc. has some used fixtures, and Marine Solutions also used to have T-5's, I think.  Take it from someone who has tried the "get it the cheapest" route before in this hobby...anything that isn't junk in this hobby is going to cost a pretty penny.  Cheap stuff in this hobby is just that...cheap.

Anyway, welcome to the club!  We're always interested to hear what sort of tank you have!

To Each there own, I personally know of 3 friends that have purchased these light from the fisherman, go to the store you will pay between 375 to 400 dollors for the exact same light make and model and serial number... one buddy has had his now for better than a year, and simply loves it, he has a very high  client rating, and is in good standing with the bbb. And yes i do buy from all the sponcers, from joels in centerville, to aquatic specitallys in troy, to joe in waynesville, somethimes you just have to use your head.....i spent 100.00 on lights saved 300.00 to spend in the local stores...
